| A Associação Athletica Estrela de Ouro foi uma agremiação da cidade de São Paulo (SP). A equipe anil negra foi Fundada no dia 1º de Setembro de 1903. A sua sede ficava no Belenzinho e depois no Braz. Na esfera futebolística o Estrela de Ouro participou do Campeonato Municipal (1923 e 1925); Divisão Principal (1924 e 1929) e Campeonato Paulista da Segunda Divisão (1928), todas as competições citadas foram organizadas pela Associação Paulista de Esportes Atléticos (APEA).
